Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via USPS.  For custom orders please add appropriate creation time as discussed by designer. 

Ground — $9 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

Returns & Exchanges

All merchandise—with the exception of Kustom order items—may be returned within 14 days by mail (must be postmarked within 14 days). Kustom order items may be exchanged only.  These items are custom made and make it difficult to resell.   There are NO RETURNS for Kustom orders.  Exchanges for merchandise follow the same return policy.  Please contact us with any specific questions about our return policy contactus@kalideskop.com

If you have an Kalideskop account, sign in, select order history, then locate and select the order you wish to return. Please note the order number on the return package.  Postage is required. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder). This service is only available within the continental US.

Refund Process

Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of payment. Additional delays may occur.

A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately seven days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of original payment.
